At Esteem Girls, we believe every girl deserves access to STEM learning, mentorship, and the confidence to pursue her dreams. Our volunteers play a vital role in helping us empower Black and Brown girls through hands-on STEM experiences, leadership opportunities, and community connection.  Whether you are a STEM professional, a college student, an educator, or someone simply passionate about uplifting young girls, there’s a place for you here.

 Inspire the Next Generation – Share your skills, experiences, and encouragement to help girls see themselves as future scientists, engineers, doctors, and innovators.
