Esteem Girls Lab Licensing

Esteem Girls Lab, is an empowering and innovative STEM-focused program designed to inspire girls in grades 3–8 to explore science, technology, engineering, and math in a fun, engaging, and meaningful way.

Through hands-on STEM activities, career exploration, confidence-building, leadership development, and reflection, Esteem Girls Lab helps girls see themselves as future scientists, engineers, doctors, creators, innovators, and problem-solvers. As part of our mission to expand access to STEM education, we offer schools, churches, nonprofits, libraries, and community organizations the opportunity to start their own Esteem Girls Lab chapter, bringing girls-centered STEM enrichment directly to their community. Through our licensed chapter model, approved partners receive the tools, resources, and support needed to launch a structured STEM enrichment experience that empowers girls to learn, lead, create, and grow.

Why start an Esteem Girls Lab?

Many girls, especially Black and Brown girls, are introduced to STEM too late or do not always see themselves represented in STEM spaces. Esteem Girls Lab helps change that by creating early, meaningful, and culturally responsive STEM experiences.

An Esteem Girls Lab helps girls:

  • Build confidence in STEM
  • Explore real STEM careers
  • Strengthen problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Develop leadership and communication skills
  • Connect STEM to identity, community, and everyday life
  • Learn in a supportive, girl-centered environment

This is more than a STEM club. It is a space where girls are encouraged to believe, build, lead, and imagine new possibilities for their futures.
