Esteem Girls Lab, an empowering and innovative STEM-focused program designed to inspire girls to explore science, technology, engineering, and math in a fun and engaging way. As part of our mission, we offer the opportunity to start your own Esteem Girls chapter, bringing STEM education directly to your community.
What is Esteem Girls Lab?
Esteem Girls Lab provides monthly STEM lessons, materials, and support to chapter leaders who run labs for girls in grades 1 through 8. Our labs take place at various locations like schools, libraries, community centers, or even at home, offering flexibility and accessibility. No prior experience in STEM is required for chapter leaders—just follow our detailed lessons and have fun learning alongside the girls!
Start Your Own Chapter
Becoming an Esteem Girls chapter leader is simple. Here’s how it works:
- Must be a female, 21 years or older
- Pass a criminal and child abuse background check
- Secure a location to host the lab sessions (e.g., school, library, home)
- Have at least five girls enrolled in your lab

How to Join
To start your own Esteem Girls chapter, simply apply online, complete your background check, and pay the one-time enrollment fee. After approval, you’ll receive everything you need to get started and start hosting fun, educational labs in your community.
